Returns & Refunds policy

At Ember & Glow, each item is made with care and many of our products are personalized or created specifically for your order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, including names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, and other selections before submitting an order. Ember & Glow is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or we made an error while creating your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Minor variations in wood grain, color, knots, engraving, staining, and other natural characteristics are normal and are not considered defects. Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations between items may also occur.

Order Cancellations

Because custom orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed and must be requested within 4 hours after placing your order. After this time, an order cannot be canceled or refunded.
